June 22nd, 2020 Elders Meeting Notes
- Reviewed June, 2020 financial statement and bullet items from the previous elders meeting.
- Due to the cancellation of our spring meeting this year, Bob McPherson has agreed to reschedule that meeting for the spring of 2022
- We are in process of firming up a date for our fall meeting with David Morrison. Looking at the last partial week of September, with meeting starting on Sunday 9/27 (not confirmed)
- Andy has a meeting scheduled for July 12th in Beech Creek West Va. Shannon Whitley will be preaching during Andy's absence and Keenan will be teaching the adult bible class. This is Andy's last scheduled meeting for 2020.

- Going forward we will be following the current format of using individually prepared packets of the Lords supper. Will continue to reassess this need should things change in the future.
- We continue to urge members with issues or concerns to contact elders at any time. Urge all to pray for wayward members, as well as our many members with physical aliments and those traveling.
- We have contracted with Superior Asphalt Co. to repair, reseal and re-stripe our parking lot and driveways. Estimated date of work is mid to late July.
- Will be replacing the outdoor lighting on each side of our building. Converting from quartz to the more reliable and efficient LED style lights.
- Still have multiple ongoing smaller projects at different degrees of completion. Will continue working on each of these, as time allows. Hall shelf, Sign maintenance, Window maintenance, Painting projects, etc...
- Have contacted the company which installed our awning to again stretch the cover which will eliminate surface puddles and dripping. Also investigating yearly cleaning and sealing of awning cover.
